Your email address, an optional business category, and the fact/time of your consent. The site stores this in its private project database so the team can manage the early-access list and contact you about the product. The site does not collect GSTINs, invoices, bank details or account credentials through the signup form.
Using the AI copilot
If you ask Dhaara AI a question, your question and up to two recent chat exchanges are sent to the platform-managed AI service to generate a reply. The chat stays in temporary page memory and clears when you reload; Dhaara does not save AI questions or answers in its business database. For finance questions, the assistant uses only fictional dashboard examples and has no access to your real bank, GST or accounting records.
Please do not enter bank logins, GSTINs, account numbers, personal identifiers or real financial documents. AI responses can be inaccurate and are not tax, legal or professional advice; check filing decisions with the official GST portal and a qualified professional.
How the information is used
The email is used to manage an early-access request and, if access becomes available, to send an update about Dhaara. The business category is optional and helps understand which kinds of businesses are interested. This preview has no outbound email provider, so it does not send confirmation or follow-up emails; email ownership is not verified. The website does not send these details to an email marketing or CRM service.
Storage and access
Signup records are stored in a private, project-scoped managed database over certificate-verified TLS. The website exposes no public endpoint for reading the signup list and does not log submitted email addresses. Access to the project and its database is restricted to authorized project operators and the platform provider’s infrastructure. The prototype does not use signup details to train an AI model.
Remove your signup
Enter the same email address used for the early-access request. The same-origin-protected, rate-limited site removes a matching record if it exists and does not reveal whether an address was previously on the list. This preview does not verify mailbox ownership, so do not submit someone else’s address. A production launch should use a verified removal link.
Retention and product status
This preview is an early product concept, not a live financial service. The signup record remains on the early-access list until it is removed through this page or the project operator clears the list. Before any broad public launch, the operator should identify the responsible legal entity, publish its contact details, and confirm a retention schedule and applicable privacy obligations.
